My 3yo daughter just made this up (I think): Why did the elephant buy a new car? I'm begging my toddler to go to sleep when finally, I'm on my way out the door and she says: "Daddy, I need to tell you a joke?" Normally, I don't turn around, but I've been waiting 3 years to hear my daughter say those exact words so of course I had to indulge... Toddler Daughter: "Why did the elephant buy a new car?" Me: "I don't know, why?" Toddler Daughter: "Not enough trunk space!!" I have no idea if she made this up or not but oh gosh am I proud!!
