Well the doctor says I'm pleased to announce that you have birth to two very healthy little babies a boy and a girl. Relieved the woman says and what about their names I never got to pick any? Your brother named them. The doctor replies Oh no you can't let him pick the names he's a bloody idiot. Please tell me what did he call the girl? Denise says the doctor Oh that's actually quite nice what did he call the boy Denephew!
