How do you tell whether you're in Germany or Russia by looking to the left? If there's a lion, you're in Russia. If there's a lynx, you're in Germany. (Left = " mu 3/4" in Russian which is similar to mu \[lion\], and "links" in German) Discussion: Too niche? Or can it be extended further; are there other simple/directional words that sound somewhat like animal puns? Just a joke I came up with in my first couple of days here visiting Berlin.
