I finally found a support group to help me Someone told me I talk too much, that I dominate the conversation, that I never let anyone else get a word in edgewise. I spent 25 minutes explaining how that's not true, but that got me thinking. Then I found out there's a support group for this. I don't know if it will help me, but I just joined On and on and on and on and on and on anon.
