A man goes to a doctor about a recurring medical condition that he just can't seem to overcome. The doctor gives him an experimental treatment to try for a while. The treatment is administered in the form of suppositories. The doctor tells the man to try the treatment for two weeks and then to come and see him again to see if things are improving. The man takes the medicine for 2 weeks and heads back to see the doctor. "How did it go?", asks the doctor. "Doctor", says the man, "there has been no improvement. I could just as well have shoved these pills up my arse".
