I told my Vietnamese uncle-in-law that I'm part Indian. He said, "Oh, the un spicy Indians?" The look of seriousness, dead-center eye-contact, and his look of innocence was too much. I lost it. I couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard. He made it worse when he started laughing with me while gasping out, "What?...Your people no like spicy, right?" &#; (He's from and lives in Vietnam but learned English in the language centers in primary school so go easy on his broken English - he certainly speaks English far better than my Vietnamese haha)
